We will be present to congratulate the band of Port Hueneme High School and the Santa Paula Police Department. We will also host the annual PortHuenemo Community Music Festival on Saturday, July 22 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Community Center, 711 E. Main Street.
When not performing, Niccole owns and operates the Model Music Studio in Camarillo, CA, where he gives private flute and piano lessons. His teaching and experience have helped many students to develop in piano playing. He has received numerous fellowships, including an affiliate fellowship at the University of California, San Diego School of Music, and is a member of the National Association of Collegiate Piano Educators (NACPI) and the American Academy of Professional Piano Teachers (AAPT). He gave private guitar lessons in Los Angeles and San Francisco and gave private piano lessons with Camarsillo for students of all ages and levels, beginning with advanced years.
After retiring from piano faculty at Ventura College, he performed with the Santa Barbara Symphony Orchestra and the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra. She played piano at the University of California, San Diego School of Music and was a member of the San Francisco Symphony, Santa Clara University, California State University - Santa Cruz and Los Alamitos College.
Since 1969 she has taught piano and has developed many award-winning students at the Tinturin Music Studio. She is proud of the 30 years she has spent performing all over the world teaching music to all ages, and she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, students, colleagues, and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Siliana Chiliachka is a dedicated music teacher who has taught piano in North America, Canada and Europe. She was born and educated in Port Hueneme, California, where she studied piano at the University of California, Santa Barbara and California State University in Los Angeles. During her school years she was a member of the internationally renowned Compinsky Trio and held positions as piano teacher, piano teacher, conductor and assistant. At the time, she was teaching at schools and was an assistant professor in the Department of Music at San Francisco State College.
Since moving to California, Sharon has continued to teach at schools in San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Jose and San Diego. She is a member of Pleasant Valley and has a long experience as a music teacher in the Bay Area. Although there are many music teachers in our area to choose from, those who are members of the MTAC are highly qualified professionals who have the skills and experience necessary to teach their respective instruments.
Fern Fay is a teacher, pianist, organist and entertainer who plays a wide range of music, from classical jazz to contemporary jazz, classical, folk, country, rock, blues, jazz rock and more. Fern holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Pacific Lutheran University, where she was a faculty member. Alyse graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in jazz science in 2009 and was a doctoral student in jazz studies at USC.
